Making a booking
Choose the dates for your holiday by visiting the availability page of this website. To make a booking please read our Terms & Conditions and complete our online booking form. A deposit payment with credit or debit card is also required to make a booking.
Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total price of the holiday (payable online by credit or debit card) will be required to complete the booking with the balance to be paid one month before the start of occupancy.
If a booking is made less than a month before the letting is due to start, then full payment is required.
When you have completed your booking and paid the deposit, an email will be sent to you confirming your booking at Abbey Place Net Loft. A six-digit booking reference number will also be provided. You will need this when making any further payments.
The following methods of payment may be used:-
Balance Payment
Payment for the balance of your holiday should be made no later than one month before you are due to arrive. Balance payments may be made from our balance payment page and will require your six-digit payment reference number.
Booking Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email when your first payment has been made.
Final Details
Final details about your stay such as how to obtain the key, the name and phone number of your contact for your stay and how to find Abbey Place Net Loft will be sent out to you via post and email approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Late Booking
Provided there is availability, a booking can be accepted as soon as full payment has been received.
Discounts are often available at Abbey Place Net Loft on late bookings when we have availability. Special late offers can be found on our availability page and have the discounted price highlighted in red.

Parking
Like most properties in the centre of Mousehole, Abbey Place Net Loft does not have any parking of its own. There are however three car parks in Mousehole, one either side of the harbour and another next to the Old Coastguard Hotel as you approach the village from Newlyn. The two by the harbour cost £3 for 24 hours, and the one by the Old Coastguard is £4 for 24 hours.
There is space near the entrance to Abbey Place by the village shop to pull up briefly for loading and unloading purposes.
Pets
We regret that we can not allow pets in Abbey Place Net Loft.
Access
Due to steps and stairs, Abbey Place Net Loft is not accessible for wheelchair users, and unsuitable for people with mobility problems.
